EcomSpike provides SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads management. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion.
Payments & Ad Spend
Management Fees: Payment for our services is due in advance.
Ad Budget: All ad spend is paid directly by the Client to the platforms (Google/Meta). EcomSpike is not responsible for paying your advertising bills.
No Guarantees
Marketing is subject to market variables. EcomSpike does not guarantee specific rankings, ROI, or lead volume. All services are performed based on industry best practices.
Client Responsibility
Clients must provide necessary account access and creative assets. We are not liable for campaign delays caused by a lack of client cooperation or third-party platform (Google/Meta) account suspensions.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Refunds: Management fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Cancellation: Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice.
Limitation of Liability
EcomSpike is not liable for any lost profits, wasted ad spend, or indirect damages resulting from our services or platform algorithm changes.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the specific campaign setups created for you. EcomSpike retains ownership of our proprietary processes and tools.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of USA.
